Accuracy of Information: While Rashi Diagnostics ensures the highest accuracy in diagnostic testing, the results are to be interpreted by qualified medical professionals. Rashi Diagnostics is not liable for any decisions made based on the reports without appropriate consultation.
Payment Terms: Payments for services rendered must be made in accordance with the billing policies outlined at the time of service. Failure to do so may result in delays or withholding of diagnostic reports.

Sensitive Reports: Certain sensitive reports, conditions that may require further medical consultation, may be withheld from online access. These reports will be delivered in person to ensure confidentiality and proper medical guidance.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel a diagnostic service, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the nature of the service.

4. Shipping PolicyWe are dedicated to providing timely and accurate delivery of diagnostic reports and other related services. Our shipping policies are as follows:
Digital Delivery: All diagnostic reports will be delivered via WhatsApp within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT) mentioned at the time of testing, ensuring quick and convenient access to your results.
Physical Copies: Physical copies of reports related to radiological services will be provided when the patient visits the branch. This ensures that all necessary follow-ups and consultations are conducted in person for comprehensive care.
Online Access: Pathological reports will also be available on our website. Patients can access their reports using a specific username and password, which is generated and provided on the bill.
Sensitive Reports: Certain sensitive reports, such as HIV positive status, will not be available online. These reports will be delivered in person to ensure patient confidentiality and proper medical consultation.
Shipping Timeline:Minimum Timeline: Reports are generally available within 24-48 hours post-test completion, depending on the nature of the diagnostic service.
Maximum Timeline: Physical copies of radiological reports can be collected during the patient's branch visit, ensuring prompt availability.
5. Medico-Legal TermsRashi Diagnostics is committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism in all diagnostic services.
The following medico-legal terms apply:
Report Usage: All reports provided by Rashi Diagnostics are intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals.
The interpretation of these reports should only be done by authorized personnel.
Legal Compliance: All diagnostic tests and results are conducted and reported in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Patients are advised to consult with their healthcare providers for any clarifications or medical decisions based on the reports.
Liability: Rashi Diagnostics is not liable for any misuse or misinterpretation of diagnostic reports by patients or unauthorized individuals.
The responsibility for medical decisions based on the reports rests with the consulting healthcare provider.
Data Breach Disclaimer: In the event of a data breach or hacking incident, Rashi Diagnostics will take immediate action to mitigate the impact, notify affected individuals, and comply with legal reporting requirements.
